WELCOME TO ADJH SKI AND SNOWBOARD CLUB 2016
ADJH Ski and Snowboard Club welcomes all students who wish to be memebers. All students are garunteed at least one trip and trip seats are filled on a first come first served basis. Information regarding trip dates, rules, forms, meetings and cancellations can be found on this web.
* Any parents interested in chaperoning, please contact Ms. Jones or Ms. Little as soon as possible.
** Please note that all students must wear a helmet during our school trips (now Law in Nova Scotia). There are no exceptions to this rule.

MEETINGS:
~ First meeting - general information session - Wednesday, December 9th @11:45am
~ Collection of club membership fees ($2) - Wednesday, December 16th @11:45am
(*Do not send your child to school with this money for any trips at this point, as it will not be accepted)
TRIP DATES:
1) Thursday, January 14th
2) Wednesday, January 27th
3) Thursday, February 11th,
4) Wednesday, February 24th
5) Thursday , March 10th
COST PER TRIP:
~ $36 includes: bus, lift pass, lessons, rental of equipment, and helmet
~ $26 includes: bus, lift pass or equipment, lessons, and helmet (student has own equipment or pass)
~ $15 includes: bus trip, (student has equipment/helmet/seasons pass)
**Please be aware that any cancellations must be made 48 hours before (Monday 3pm for Wednesday trips or Tuesday 3pm for Thursday trips) any ski trip or the cost of the bus will be forfeited.

TRANSPORTATION:
Stock Chater Services (46 students on bus/trip)
DEPARTURE TIME:
2:30pm from school
RETURN TIME:
9:00pm at school (Please have rides prearranged for pick-up)
TRIP CANCELLATIONS:
Every effort will be made to make cancellations as early as possible on the school’s Web page.
